cv6y Terms & Conditions — Rules and Policies for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cv6y ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing cv6y through any device or browser, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the cv6y platform and close your account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of any cv6y service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the cv6y platform including — but not limited to — the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, account registration, deposit and withdrawal services, bonus and promotional programmes, customer support interactions, and any future features or services added to the platform.

cv6y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the registered email address on file or via an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication on this page.

Use of the cv6y platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction applies universally to all players regardless of the laws of their country or region of residence. cv6y operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and applies verification procedures to enforce this restriction.

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to register and use cv6y you must also:

• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by law in a manner that creates criminal liability for the individual player.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of cv6y or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• Not be a close family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of a cv6y employee, contractor, or director where that relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• Not have a pre-existing cv6y account that has been closed for a breach of these Terms or as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Have a valid, personal payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or supported bank account) registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.

cv6y conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its account registration and withdrawal processes. Players may be required to submit a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of address and payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified by cv6y may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

To access the full range of cv6y services including sports betting, live casino, and slots, players must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the cv6y platform at any given time.

During registration, players must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. The information provided must match the identity documents that may be requested during KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Players are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password at all times.
• Ensuring that no third party has access to or knowledge of their login credentials.
• Notifying cv6y immediately via [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• Keeping their registered email address, mobile number, and residential address up to date in their account settings.
• Logging out of their account when using shared devices or public internet connections.

cv6y will not be held liable for any financial losses or other damages resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through a player's account — whether authorised by the player or not — remain the sole financial responsibility of the registered account holder until such time as the player notifies cv6y of a security breach and a formal investigation is initiated.

All financial transactions on cv6y are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv6y supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors beyond cv6y's control.

Players may only use payment methods that are registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered in the name of a family member, friend, or any other individual — is strictly prohibited. cv6y reserves the right to request documentary proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of the bKash account holder name matching the cv6y account name) before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to player tier and KYC verification status — contact support for current limits.
• Deposit processing time: Instant for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay under normal circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad; 1–3 business days for bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, or BRAC Bank.
• Deposit fees: cv6y does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment provider fees (if any) are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal fees: cv6y does not charge standard withdrawal fees for bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur a processing fee — check the cashier section for current rates.

cv6y operates a deposit-first policy — a player must have made at least one qualifying deposit before a withdrawal request will be processed. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices common among internationally operating betting platforms.

Funds deposited into a cv6y account may not be used for any purpose other than placing bets or playing casino games on the cv6y platform. Using cv6y as a payment intermediary — for example, depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without any meaningful betting or gaming activity — is considered suspicious behaviour and may result in the account being flagged for AML review, with associated funds held pending investigation.

All bets placed on the cv6y sportsbook are subject to the General Betting Rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the cv6y help centre. In the event of a conflict between the General Betting Rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that market.

A bet is confirmed and binding only when cv6y's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number to the player. Bets that have not received a confirmation number — for example, due to a connection failure, system timeout, or technical error — are not valid and will not be settled. Players must retain their bet confirmation references for the duration of the relevant event.

• Minimum bet stake: ৳20 per selection.
• Maximum bet stake: Market-dependent. Maximum stakes are displayed at the point of bet placement in the betting slip.
• In-play betting: Available on selected cricket, football, tennis, and other events. In-play odds are suspended during critical match moments (e.g., balls in play, penalty kicks) and may differ from pre-match prices.
• Void bets: A bet will be voided (stake returned) if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled kick-off/start time, or if cv6y determines that a clear and manifest pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed.
• Palpable errors: cv6y reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical or human pricing error — for example, decimal odds of 100.00 where the correct market price was 1.50.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout per settled bet slip is ৳2,000,000 (BDT two million). Parlay or accumulator bets that would generate a payout in excess of this limit will be capped at ৳2,000,000.
• BPL and cricket markets: For Bangladesh Premier League and other domestic cricket markets, all bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted results, and Super Overs count as official results.

cv6y does not accept bets from players who have material insider information about an event — for example, a player who has advance knowledge of a match-fixing arrangement, team selection, or injury that has not been publicly disclosed. Placing bets using such information constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

cv6y offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the relevant offer. The general principles in this section apply to all cv6y bonuses unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

Bonus credits are credited to a separate bonus balance within the player's account. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of betting or gameplay activity that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• Standard wagering requirement: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• Eligible games: Unless stated otherwise, all sportsbook markets and casino slots contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute a lower percentage — refer to the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically after this period.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be in progress at any given time unless cv6y expressly states that two bonuses may run concurrently.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
• Seasonal promotions: cv6y may offer special promotions during major cultural and sporting events relevant to Bangladesh, including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments. Such promotions will be governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer.

cv6y reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to lock in bonus value risk-free, or any other form of exploitation — will have all associated bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

Players must use the cv6y platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances where evidence of the prohibited activity is established.

• Registering more than one cv6y account, whether using your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other program designed to place bets or interact with the cv6y platform without direct human input.
• Using arbitrage strategies, matched betting systems, or any technique designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between cv6y and other betting platforms in a systematic, risk-free manner.
• Placing bets using information that constitutes material non-public knowledge about a sporting event, including but not limited to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or deliberately poor performance arrangements.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the cv6y platform software or infrastructure.
• Using the cv6y payment system to launder money, process payments on behalf of third parties, or facilitate any transaction that is fraudulent or unlawful under applicable law.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback via your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to cv6y without first raising the matter with cv6y support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.
• Sharing your cv6y login credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward cv6y staff or other players via any communication channel.

cv6y reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information during registration, or poses a fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming risk.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation, cv6y will notify the player via their registered email address and provide a summary of the reason for the action. Players who believe a suspension or closure was made in error may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the notice. cv6y will review the appeal and respond within 10 business days.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, cv6y will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance (net of any forfeited bonus credits) within 5 business days and disable the account. Players who have requested self-exclusion under the cv6y Responsible Gaming programme may not reopen a closed account for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — the following applies:

• Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no fraud investigation is pending.
• Bonus credits and free bet credits that have not been converted to real-money balance through wagering are forfeited immediately upon closure.
• Open bets at the time of account closure will be settled at their natural conclusion, and any resulting winnings will be added to the withdrawal amount — unless the account is closed due to prohibited conduct, in which case open bets may be voided.
• Player data will be retained by cv6y in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
